We are looking for a skilled 2nd Engineer to assist in managing and maintaining our vessel’s engine operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in an engineering role on dry cargo vessels, with strong knowledge of machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety regulations. Required certifications include a valid STCW license, current medical certificates, and proficiency in English for clear communication with the crew.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily operation of engine room equipment, conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and assisting the Chief Engineer in ensuring the vessel meets safety and environmental standards. The 2nd Engineer will also support training for junior engineers and assist in emergency repairs. Strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and an understanding of international maritime safety protocols are essential.

Candidates must have excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining vessel performance and safety.
