We are looking for an experienced Bosun to oversee deck operations and manage maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Bosun on dry cargo vessels, with a solid understanding of deck equipment, cargo handling, and maritime safety practices. A valid STCW certification and up-to-date medical certificates are required, along with proficiency in English for effective communication with the crew.

As Bosun, you will supervise the deck crew, ensuring that maintenance tasks, cargo handling, and cleaning operations are carried out safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for training and supporting deckhands, managing equipment, and reporting any maintenance issues to senior officers. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a proactive attitude are essential for this role.

Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. Familiarity with safety drills, emergency procedures, and maritime regulations is also required, as the Bosun plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and compliant vessel environment.
