We are seeking a highly qualified Chief Engineer to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of our vessel. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer on dry cargo ships, with expertise in engine maintenance, mechanical systems, and regulatory compliance. Required certifications include a valid STCW license, medical certificates, and proficiency in English to communicate effectively with crew and port officials.

The Chief Engineer’s responsibilities include overseeing all engine room operations, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring compliance with international maritime safety and environmental standards. You will lead the engineering team, manage equipment inspections, handle repairs, and monitor fuel efficiency and power generation. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge are essential to this role, as well as the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
