We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Officer to ensure the safety and efficiency of our dry cargo vessel operations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Chief Officer, with solid knowledge of navigation, cargo handling, maritime safety regulations, and vessel stability management. A valid STCW certificate, current medical certifications, and proficiency in English for clear crew communication are required.

As Chief Officer, your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day vessel operations, assisting the Master in navigation, and overseeing all deck activities, including cargo loading and unloading. You will ensure the vessel’s seaworthiness, maintain compliance with international regulations, and conduct regular safety inspections. Strong leadership abilities are essential, as you will lead and train deck crew, perform safety drills, and implement emergency response procedures.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent decision-making skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with risk assessment and environmental safety compliance is essential for this role, as you will be instrumental in upholding our company’s high standards of safety and operational integrity.
