We are looking for an experienced Master to lead our vessel operations, ensuring safe navigation, regulatory compliance, and efficient management. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master on dry cargo vessels, along with extensive knowledge of international maritime regulations, cargo handling, and safety protocols. A valid STCW certificate, current medical certifications, and fluency in English for effective crew and client communication are required.

The Master’s role includes full command of vessel operations, monitoring navigation and cargo management, and enforcing strict adherence to safety standards. The selected candidate will oversee crew performance, manage emergencies, and make critical decisions to ensure safe and timely voyages. Strong leadership, effective problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of maritime laws are essential.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, as they will coordinate with different departments, handle documentation, and liaise with port authorities. The Master will also perform risk assessments, supervise drills, and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
