We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our vessel maintenance team, performing critical repairs and maintenance to ensure the structural integrity and safety of our ship. Candidates should have at least 3 years of welding experience, preferably in a maritime or industrial setting, with proficiency in different welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding. A valid welding certification, STCW training, and recent medical certification are required.

Key responsibilities include executing welding repairs on hulls, decks, and other vessel components, performing quality checks, and working closely with the engineering team to address any structural issues. The Welder should be well-versed in safety practices, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate high accuracy in all welding tasks. Familiarity with basic maritime safety protocols and emergency procedures is essential.

Ideal candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, be physically fit for demanding work, and be able to work independently and within a team. A proactive approach to identifying potential issues and maintaining safety standards is crucial.
